The mosque is open every day for Dhuhr, Asr, Maghreb and Isha prayers in congregation (Jama'ah). For daily prayer timings, refer to our prayer times page.
Jum'ah (Friday Prayer)
This is held every Friday in the main mosque hall at the time of Dhuhr Athan. The Sermons are delivered in Arabic by his eminence Sh Mohammad Naji and are followed by the prayer.
Du'a Kumayl and the Ziyarah of Imam Husain (as) are recited every Thursday night directly after the Maghreb and Isha prayers. For prayer timings, refer to our prayer times page.
Ahl Albait Qur'an College
This runs on Saturday afternoons during school terms from approximately 430-6pm. It focuses on memorisation (Hifdh) of the Qur'an. It caters to students aged 8-18 who know how to read the text of the Qur'an.
Ahl Albait Islamic School
This runs on Saturday evenings during school terms from 630-8pm. Children aged 6-18 are taught Islamic Theology (Aqa'id), Jurisprudence (Fiqh) and Social Rules (Akhlaq). The lessons are delivered in English. The school also runs regular extra-curricular activities such as hiking trips.
On special occassions throughout the Islamic Calendar, English and Arabic programs are held to commemorate the major events. Please refer to our website and facebook page for details of these programs.
Qur'an Discussion Programs
Lectures on understanding the Holy Qur'an for adults are delivered at the centre on Saturday nights on a fortnightly basis. They are delivered by Haj Ali Khalfan. Contact us on for details of this program week-to-week as the timing does change.
